The email on your account
So the reply reaches the right workspace. Sign-in is a single-use emailed link, so never send a code or a link you received.
Purchases and refunds
Refund terms for each workspace, including Program's first-payment refund, are in the Terms of use. Press books and activities follow the Press license, which covers corrections, refunds, and sales tax for schools. To ask for a refund, email the address above with what you bought and when.
