Publishing the Program price does not open public checkout or grant access. Multi-campus and district scope is a custom conversation. Other questions, including imports, support, and accessibility, are on the FAQ.
Praxis Percussion Press downloads are separate from workspace memberships. Buying a download creates no workspace account and grants no Program, Studio or Tech access.

For workspace memberships, the Terms of Service are the governing text; the sections Subscriptions, renewal, and payment and Ending access say exactly what applies.
Price, billing interval, and first-charge date are shown for review before checkout, and your acceptance is recorded against what you were shown. Card details go to our payment processor; we never see them.
Renewal is automatic at the then-current price. Cancel any time from your workspace under Membership or by email; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, with no proration except where the Terms say otherwise.
Tech: ask within 30 days of your first membership payment and we refund it in full. Studio on the founding rate: the same 30-day rule on the first payment, per the pilot terms. Program first-payment refund: you may request a full refund of your first settled payment within 30 days after that payment settles. This applies to annual and monthly plans, including purchases paid through a manual school or purchase-order process. A confirmed full refund ends paid access.
