One page, kept true to the live service. Prices here are the prices at checkout; where a workspace is not open for public purchase, this page says so instead of showing a button that does not work.

  • Praxis Tech and Praxis Percussion Studio are available now: self-serve, a 30-day trial with no payment card, then public checkout.
  • Praxis Percussion Program is in private preview: reviewed access, a published price, and no public checkout. A reviewed request opens a 30-day trial.
  • Praxis Learners, the student side, is a separate product with no public offer. Program Core holds no learner records.

Three memberships, not tiers.

Each workspace is one complete membership with one price. There are no per-client, per-learner, or ordinary feature tiers. Not sure which one is yours? Choose your workspace compares them by the work you own.

What it buys
The whole Tech workspace for one provider: unlimited client organizations, services, private notes, invoice records, AI-assisted drafts, and recaps.
What it does not include
Client payment processing. Your directors pay you directly, and Praxis takes no percentage of your work.

Praxis Percussion Studio

30 days, no payment card. The workspace is created when you open the emailed link; you subscribe from inside it. Sales tax is calculated by our payment provider at checkout.
What it buys
One private educator organization, one paid educator seat, unlimited learners, groups, and teaching locations, plus the complete Tech workspace for the purchasing educator.
Who it is for
Private studios and independent teaching practices. School and district use is a reviewed request through director access, not self-serve.

Praxis Percussion Program

How access works today
Public checkout is not open. Request the preview and we open a 30-day trial; purchasing is arranged with us directly. This is the accepted price, published so a director can see the purchase is theirs to make.
What it buys
Program Core alone, the adult operations workspace for one percussion program: classes, rehearsals, concert programming, sheet music library, instrument inventory, itineraries, load sets, rubrics. It confers no Studio and no Tech.
What it does not include
Learner records. Student features are Praxis Learners, a separate product, and learner rollout is not open.

How access works today
A school takes on student features only through a signed data agreement and review. There is no self-serve path and no price on this page.

Publishing the Program price does not open public checkout or grant access. Multi-campus and district scope is a custom conversation. Other questions, including imports, support, and accessibility, are on the FAQ.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds.

The Terms of Service are the governing text; the sections Subscriptions, renewal, and payment and Ending access say exactly what applies. In short:

You see the charge before you buy

Price, billing interval, and first-charge date are shown for review before checkout, and your acceptance is recorded against what you were shown. Card details go to our payment processor; we never see them.

Plans renew until you cancel

Renewal is automatic at the then-current price. Cancel any time from your workspace under Membership or by email; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, with no proration except where the Terms say otherwise.

Refund windows

Tech: ask within 30 days of your first membership payment and we refund it in full. Studio on the founding rate: the same 30-day rule on the first payment, per the pilot terms. A confirmed full refund ends paid access.
