Work operations for percussion service providers

  2. Confirm the service: date, time, kind of call, what it pays.
  3. Work, then log private notes while it is fresh.
  4. Review the recap and choose the adult recipient.
  5. Create and print an invoice record, mark it sent, record payment received elsewhere.
Data boundary
Adult operational records only. Tech is not a marketplace and does not process your clients’ payments. The calendar connection is Google only, one direction. The Director Portal is a controlled pilot.

Teaching continuity for private educators

Who it is for
One private educator organization: a private teacher or a small studio.
The job
Carry the schedule, lesson plan, observations, assignment, repertoire, progress, and next step from one lesson into the next.
The workflow
  1. A family requests a time through your private link, or you enter the inquiry.
  2. You approve the placement and the lesson time.
  3. Teach, then record the observation and the next step.
  4. Send the assignment with the material it belongs to.
  5. Keep the invoice record with the lessons it covers.
Data boundary
Every new workspace starts in fictional-data mode. A private studio owner can activate real student records inside the workspace after accepting the applicable terms; creating a workspace alone does not authorize learner sign-in or family access. School and district use is a reviewed request. Studio includes the complete Tech workspace for the purchasing educator, without merging records.

Praxis Percussion Program

Adult operations for one school percussion program

Who it is for
A percussion director, whether paying personally or through a booster organization, activity fund, campus, or district purchase for one program.
The job
The part general school software does not do well for percussion: classes, rehearsal plans and logs, concert programming with a printable program, the sheet music library, instrument inventory and feasibility, itineraries, load sets, and rubrics.
The workflow
  1. Plan the rehearsal, then log what actually happened.
  2. Check the library and inventory for what is playable with the instruments on hand.
  3. Program the concert and print it from the same records.
  4. Publish itineraries and one deduplicated loading list for contest day.
Data boundary
Program Core holds no learner records. Student features belong to Praxis Learners, a separate product that requires a signed agreement and review. A Program grant opens Program Core alone; it confers no Studio and no Tech.

What does a trial cost?

Tech and Studio trials run 30 days with no payment card, and you subscribe from inside the workspace afterwards. A Program trial is opened by us after a reviewed request; public Program checkout is not open.
